Returns and exchanges in case of product defects
- We take every precaution to ensure the quality of the products we deliver. However, if a product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (excluding services), please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product (including the delivery date). We will immediately replace it with a new, undamaged item. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
- If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us. We will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost for shipping or handling. Please note that in such cases, a representative from the shipping company may contact you directly.
*For items that are out of stock, we will not be able to offer an exchange; instead, we will issue a refund (full payment). In this case, we will cover the handling fee.

Except in the cases listed below, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item (including the delivery date) to express your intention to return or exchange it.
